Boyertown, PA – (May, 2007) Media Fusion Technologies (MFT) is pleased to announce the launching of the customers.gomft.com website. This website is a complete MFT customer information station specifically developed as a valuable resource center and cool, interractive evolving business tool for MFT customers only.
Customers who login to Customers.gomft on a regular basis will find a growing wealth of valuable information related directly to MFT as well as general business and marketing tips and tools.
All MFT employees have administrative access to the website and are encouraged to add new information whenever they run across something in the course of daily events that they feel numerous customers will value and find useful. It’s this team spirit interaction that has long been the moniker of MFT and why the vast majority of our customers come from referrals.
Key categories include: DOWNLOADS where customers can find and quickly download common forms, documents and ‘Help’ movies; NEWS where users can catch the very latest of what’s happening on the MFT scene; LINKS to various local, regional and international resources of value; A comprehensive FAQ section to get all of the common questions answered quickly; A direct SUPPORT form that links the customer to the appropriate MFT department to get their question answered quickly; TOOLS & TIPS which is an ever expanding plethora of everything useful including a personal newsletter posting from president & CEO Darrell Kean and much more.
